Job Responsibilities
• Assist clients with the loan application process, including gathering documentation and submitting the application.
• To build good relationship with relevant parties to expand the business.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on application and documentation.
• Ensures proper recording and maintenance of administration files.
• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and activities assigned by the Management.
• Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the directors
Job Requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply and/or marketing and PA relevant background is encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Must be highly motivated, sales driven and result oriented.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Neo Damansara
• Candidate able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
