We are ready to expand our team. That's where YOU come in! We're looking for an Accounting & Administrative Officer (aka our new superhero).
Who are we?
Small but mighty team of 2 principals, we also share office with one of our legal entities with 6 awesome office-mates.
What we do?
As a single family office, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive financial services to a family engaged in operating a sustainable nature-based solutions business. Our responsibilities include managing diverse investment portfolios, providing accounting/HR/reporting solutions for various legal entities, and implementing sophisticated solutions tailored to complex needs.
What you’ll be doing? (spoiler: it’s never boring)
- Juggling administrative tasks like a pro circus performer
- Taming financial beasts (invoices, payroll, accounts, correspondence - oh my!)
- Mastering the art of coordination (emails, phone calls, and maybe the occasional super courier)
- Crunching numbers with the precision of a Swiss watch
- Translating between English and Mandarin faster than Google
- Coordinating with our international partners (because we're global like that)
What is your superpower?
- Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Proactive problem-solver
- Team player with strong communication skills
- 1+ year of practical accounting experience processing full sets of accounts, managing payroll and CPF, handling GST, and other Singapore government filings
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Meet our principals:
Principal #1 served as the chief strategy officer for a listed company and later as the director of its technology arm, specializing in early-stage investments. A graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Finance and Accounting, his/her career started at Johnson & Johnson.
Principal #2 was an investment banker covering agriculture. S/he made the leap to become a start-up founder working on food solutions that are kinder to animals. A graduate of a BSc in Biochemistry from HKUST and an MBA from the University of Chicago, his/her career started at UBS.
