We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a MASH Admin, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

High volume call handling
High volume data inputting
Contact in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.

Required Skills & Abilities:

A positive and customer focused attitude is essential
Ability to show high levels of attention to detail
Possess very clear communication skills , It is vital that both written and verbal information processing is done accurately and timely
The ability to work to a deadline is important.
The ability to multi task under pressure whilst working to agreed standards and have a flexible approach to be able to adapt to changes in priorities
Able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative is required.

You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires an enhanced DBS
