What will you do
- Work closely with the Customer Service Leader and front of house team to ensure smooth running and communication of the process.
- To administrate the event booking process from initial request made through to sending the customer details to complete ahead of their meeting or event with clear direction and understanding for the customer.
- Responsible for planning events from initial request to the delivery of event.
- Partake in regular calls with the Customer Services Manager, highlighting any areas of concern or areas of further development to ensure a consistent service delivery.
- Responding to customer queries relating to events as an “Oracle” for event requirements and understanding of the site.
- To assist in supporting Induction of new starters
What you bring:
- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills and multi tasking abilities

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
