As the People Development Administrator for Training, you will be contribute towards the the effective administration for our Training teams across People Development and support the seamless delivery of day-to-day operations within the People Development Department.
As the first point of contact for our training teams, you will organise and promote courses, communicate with delegates, and produce course materials to enhance the overall quality of service provision. You will also provide support to the specialist People Development functions.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Development Department’s broader objectives, such as supporting the delivery of our new Leadership Framework, achievement of key performance indicators and the successful delivery of our Growing for the Future pillar within the SFH People Plan.
