Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Monitoring order status and keeping customers informed of any delays or issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
• Generating reports and summaries as needed for management and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
