Job Description
• Handle phone and walk-in enquiries about course information, class schedules availability, course fees payment and others
• Recording daily incoming and outgoing mails
• Perform data entry from feedback forms and conduct course evaluation analysis
• Assist in hosting Zoom sessions for online trainings
• Assist in course coordination duties such as course registration, issuing e-invoice, send course confirmation, liaise with trainers for class schedules, upload results to authorities (MOM and SSG), send e-certificate and ID cards to customers
Requirement:
Strong oral and written communication skill
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
Strong proficiency in Excel is a must
Full-time interns preferred (6 months)
