Our client is a unique accountancy & tax advisory practice within the West Midlands.


They are currently seeking to appoint an Administration in a full-time position to join their team.

This is an opportunity to join a lovely office in Bromsgrove, taking responsibility for the coordination of basic administration duties within an Accountancy Practice.


You must have strong attention to detail, ensuring all records are maintained to the highest level, recognising, and highlighting, patterns and anomalies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Preparing new client forms.
Onboarding of new clients and liaising with Client Managers to ensure all documentation is correct.
Maintaining client records and filing of documents in respective client files
Inbox and diary management.
Billing administration and assisting with credit control.
Maintain office supplies and inventory including ordering, receiving

Providing administrative support to the team

**Attributes, Requirements, Skills:**

Must have at least 2 years work of accountancy practice experience
Experience with IRIS, XERO and other accountancy software beneficial
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with technology (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
Must be able to work in a team environment and provide support to other employees as needed.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Discretion when dealing with confidential information in all aspects of work.

Your new role
You will provide administrative support a specific division in the Firm with duties to include:

• Handle new client enquiries on the telephone or in person and dealing with queries
• Closing and updating files and other records on the database
• Maintaining the storage of files
• Allocating post to the appropriate persons
• Supporting with the chasing of clients for payment of costs/ disbursements
• Filing and scanning of documents
• Diary management
• Undertake basic drafting of documents and due diligence where needed

This role is full time working Monday to Friday in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the legal sector, or a similar role will be highly desired. Other requirements are:

• Touch and audio typing experience desirable
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative alongside team working skills
