• Represents the SCR in contacts with other IRS executives/officials, representatives of other agencies, and officials from the private sector regarding cross-functional or building/geographic area-wide administrative support matters and initiatives. PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Register new patients on iPMS (Information Patient Management System), ensuring double registration does not occur. • Serves as the Patient Advocate for the Business Service by composing appropriate, timely patient correspondence. The incumbent meets with supervisors and helps to address any patient compliment or a complaint and will assist to resolve any issues.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
