Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Negotiable: Working hours are negotiable and can be discussed based on the candidate's availability and operational needs
Pay: SGD 12- SGD 15/Hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Assist with evaluations of various projects and business results
- Provide support in drafting and editing documents in English
- Contribute to office environment improvement initiative.
- Assist with the planning and execution of exhibitions and events
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
-Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident
-University graduate or soon-to-be graduate eligible for employment.
-Proficient in English and Korean.
-Familiarity with Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
