We are hiring for Ad Operations Manager for Times of AI which is a leading digital media platform dedicated to covering the latest advancements, trends, and impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) and its surrounding ecosystem.
Who are we looking for ?
We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad operations, campaign management, and data analysis. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery and performance of our advertising initiatives across various platforms.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., display, video, mobile, social).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ad Trafficking & Optimization:
- Traffic and QA all advertising creatives to ensure they meet platform specifications and are launched without issues.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the analytics team to develop advanced reporting dashboards.
- Ad Tech Management:
- Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new ad tech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of ad operations with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
