32 hours 30 minutes per week/39 weeks per year (term time) The Governing Body of Alderman Davies Church in Wales Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised person to a very busy school office. We are looking for a highly motivated person with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate well developed administrative, ICT and communicative skills with the ability to work independently and to deal with work pressures. Previous experience of a busy office/school office and/or experience of using SIMS, CITRUS and EXCEL would be an advantage. About you: Our ideal candidate will have a Level 4 qualification (HNC or equivalent) in Business Administration and have relevant experience. You should also hold level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2 (with working knowledge of using MS Word and Excel). Experience of monitoring and maintaining records is essential.
