An exciting opportunity has opened for a DoLS Administrator to join our well-established and dedicated Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team. We are committed to safeguarding the rights of vulnerable individuals and enhancing the quality of our services.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in the daily operations and contribute to the ongoing development of the DoLS service.
You will receive a comprehensive onboarding program to familiarise you with the DoLS process, featuring a structured induction and ongoing supervision.
As you progress, you will gain expertise in various aspects of the role, including processing and prioritising incoming referrals, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets, emailing out work to assessors, drafting letters using templates, and managing telephone and email enquiries.
You will have the opportunity to utilise essential applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Teams. Familiarity with Liquid Logic would be desirable but not essential. We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated and eager to learn. This role is highly process-driven, requiring the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
