Accounts Admin Assistant – Yishun – 5 day week-Singaporeans only
Job Descriptions/ Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day to day accounting operations, quotations, invoices, statement of accounts, petty cash, expense claims
· Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly audit schedule.
· Generate monthly Accounts Payable and Receivables aging reports.
· Any other ad hoc project assigned by the management.
Candidate’s Requirements:
· Secondary education ; MS Word, Excel
· At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Responsible, team player and willing to learn.
· Preferably with good knowledge of in financial accounting
