Insurance Sales Executive (Motor & Personal)
This role is based in Ashford and may require some travelling to meet local prospects. This is a Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, role (35hrs pw) with an hour lunch break. The salary range is £20-24k per annum, depending on experience, and comes with these benefits:

We are looking for someone to support the business strategy by delivering on personal sales targets for the relevant product line, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service.
You will be required to acquire and maintain knowledge of all current insurance products, contribute to the building of the new business sales pipeline by providing excellent customer service, taking inbound calls, providing quotes and securing sales. You will also deliver personal sales targets by planning, developing, and delivering sales opportunities in the relevant product line, as well as cross selling, introducing financial services products to existing clients and prospecting new clients. Plan and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives, offer excellent customer service, while demonstrating high values of trust and integrity.
It is an essential requirement of this role that the candidate has their own transport and a full, clean, UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in highly driven and ambitious targeted sales role.
- Proven track record delivering excellent customer service
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office
- Good maths and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage own workload and able to work effectively under pressure

- Focus on continuous improvement, able to use own initiative
- Commitment to quality & compliance with procedures/regulations
- Own transport & full UK driving licence
Desirable attributes would be:
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of insurance sector
- Proven track record in insurance sales
- General insurance qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
