As an Administrative Officer, you will:
- Maintain files and records of Library projects that are useful in making organizational decisions and may be included in reports submitted to senior management.
- Serve as the Library's warranted contracting officer, overseeing all purchasing and contracting activities including proposal writing, bidding, contract award, and execution and monitoring.
- Analyze, develop, plan and has primary responsibility for Library financial activities.
- Serve as the Information Management Officer (IMO) providing oversight and direction for managing records to Records Custodians (RC) within their organization.
