What you'll do:
- Provide administrative assistance to transportation leaders
- Process invoices and claims, tracking to prevent duplication and in accordance with budget
- Prepare required data for reporting
- Complete various reports, ensuring information is tracked properly and costs are allocated accurately
- Investigate transportation claims and determine accountability; communicate invoicing as needed
- Manage various office functions including supplies, team communications and accounts payable.
- Administer and/or assist with special projects and programs, as required.
- Other administrative support such as printing, filing, faxing and photocopying, as needed.
What you bring:
• 3-5 years administrative experience required.
• High proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook; ability to learn and utilize new systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of colleagues.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision as well as to take direction from multiple managers.
• Able to work in a highly organized manner where details, accuracy, confidentiality, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines are critical.
• Must have a high level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels internal/external to the organization.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
