Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) Support

Job Objectives

Bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced PMO support personnel to support the bank’s Global Markets Technology’s delivery teams.

The PMO Support will be responsible for providing support in the successful delivery of projects which primarily includes:

• Assist with projects’ financial tracking and budgeting.
• Assist with resource and contract renewals /management, including contract review/negotiation, tracking/processing renewals and expirations, manage vendor relationships and maintenance of records.
• Assist with resourcing including tracking/updating requirements, sourcing, interview arrangements, facilitating onboarding / offboarding arrangements and maintaining records.
• Provide project management support to the delivery teams, including collating / tracking project deliverables for internal compliance requirements and ensuring that timelines are met.

Key Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administration of Data team regular tasks to ensure smooth operations of the whole unit.

1. Provide administrative support to Data Platform.

2. Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding of resources (coordinating on 1st day reporting, preparing access, laptops, work phone, staff pass, email distribution list, welcome pack etc…).

3. Assist in procurement process for office supply, event catering, festive gifts for clients, or staff & internal celebratory events for staff. Including admin task such as prepare purchase order, tracking deliveries, and managing vendor relationships.

4. Oversee office supplies inventory, printers, order supplies, MacBook’s, Window laptops, stationeries, pantries snacks, and ensure equipment maintenance.

· Manage Hadoop cluster across 4 different environments

· Ensure system is up and running 24 X 7

· Support user query or address any performance issue either with users query or system performance

Key Requirements

• Experience in managing large hadoop cluster with Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in plan and execution of major and minor upgrades of Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in administering various services within CDP including adding/deleting of nodes, supporting hardware replacements

• Posses good understanding of external tools integration with hadoop (qlik, PowerBI, SAS and Informatica)

• Experience in LDAP, SSHD and KRB authentications

• Experience in performance tuning of various hadoop services and support end users in tuning application codes

• Backup and restore of various service components of hadoop cluster

• Certification in Cloudera CDH/CDP
