The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

• Ensures that the database is in balance at all times and that the integrity of the system is maintained.

• Assists in implementing and maintaining Internal Control Program requirements to protect against waste, fraud, and abuse.

• Coordinates reorganization/realignment packages by ensuring E-biz, resource management, and technical work is completed prior to submitting personnel actions to HR.
• Analyzes local organizational conditions and advises the Site Director on the construction and administration of pay pools based on current Agency and HR guidance.
• Educates the selecting official about their responsibilities in the selection process (e.g., manage and document the selection process).
• Informs the workforce about upcoming training and coordinates the administrative processes (e.g., material, computers, etc.) to schedule and set-up onsite classrooms.
• Works with the Site Director and managers in the development of budget justifications for impacted personnel actions.
• Participates in the orientation and processing of new employees for the site and coordinates completion and submission of forms as appropriate.
• For vacancies filled at less than the full performance level of the position, duties will be developmental in nature.
