ob Description & Requirements
Responsible for maintaining the accounts of various entities
· Maintain full set of accounts
· Proper and timely accounting transactions in Xero accounting system including processing of AP/AR, receipts and accounting entries
· TT online banking and issue cheques
· Monthly payroll & CPF submission
· Bank reconciliations, staff expense claim & supplier payments
· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
· Responsible for corporate tax and quarterly GST submission
- Knowledge of simple corporate secretarial duties eg. GST filing, New company name check, Corp Pass matters
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and claims
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and copying of documents etc.
- Checking and replying emails
- Able to be multi-tasked and work under tight datelines
- Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Potential candidate who have admin experience is an advantage
Corporate Secretaries Admin or assistant experience is an advantage
Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Proficient in MS Office
Proficient in ABSS accounting software
Able to assist in HR duties
