The IPC Audit & Surveillance Support Worker will assist in the collection of relevant clinical data for use by the IPC team to assist them with maintenance of records and statistics relating to HCAI. The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of surveillance systems and processes for the IPC team providing administration and supporting in clinical audits. You will work as part of the IPC team providing high quality and accurate data to meet the needs of the IPC service. Data submitted to the IPC team via local laboratories will be cleansed, analysed, and reported to services to raise awareness and ensure improvements are made. What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 12m audit experience gained within a UK accountancy firm. You will have started studying towards professional accountancy qualifications such as AAT/ ACCA or ACA and will be an excellent communicator with clear ambition and a desire to progress your career in audit.
