Due to the growth within the Technical Operations Audit Division, they are looking for a Senior Audit Technician to join their team. This role will be homeworking.
Your new role
Your new job working as a Senior Operations Technician means you will be acting as the go to person for all technical auditing, authorisation and issuance support. You will have an ability to demonstrate excellent technical insurance knowledge and understanding of the industry and its regulators. Your new job will be responsible for auditing and authorising invoices and evidence of cover documentation as well as ensuring the documentation is compliant with the information agreed within the Market Reform Contract Slip and any associated instruction or schedule. Demonstrating a working understanding of all the resources available in relation to current Tax and VAT requirements associated with the successful completion of day-to-day activities and extensive understanding of MRCs.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as working as a Technician within a Lloyd's Broker handling any of the following classes Property, Liability, Marine, Construction, Financial Lines and Fine Art will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding and experience in checking and auditing invoices and all types of evidence of cover documents. You will be able to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and technical support within the team, ensuring the timely accurate issuance of high-quality compliant Insurance documentation. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy within your new role, a high level of accountability, self-motivation, able to work with a degree of autonomy, strong computer and robust communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure to maintain control and quality, manage your own priorities, develop and sustain relationships, willing to go the extra mile and work in an agile environment. - PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A TECHNICIAN WITH A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL PROCESSING AND OR AUDITING AS REQUESTED
