1) 6mths Finance Associate Executive – Diploma holder ($2.5K to $3.5K) – Min 1 to 2 years of AR / GL exp
Job Description:
Handle/assist Finance related functions in following areas:
- Financial
- Costing and Management Accounting
- Corporate Governance matters
· Perform Account Receivable or General Ledger related functions including billing, manage collection and preparing schedules.
· Work closely with other domains on Finance related matters
· Reporting to various internal and external parties on assigned duties a regular basis
· Handle other adhoc assignments as well.
2) 6mths Accountant (Account Receivables) – Degree holder ($3.8K to $4.8K) – Min 1 to 2 years of AR exp
Job Description:
· Perform Account Receivable related functions including billing and manage collection
· Work closely with other domains on Account Receivable matters
· Perform bank reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding issues
· Provide strategic support to the respective SBUs
· Involve in budgeting and other management accounting functions
· Reporting to various internal and external parties on a regular basis
· Handle other adhoc assignments as well
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy
· Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
· Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
3) 6mths Accountant (Payroll) x3 – Degree holder ($3.8K to $4.8K) – Min 1 to 2 years of FP&A exp
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of Finance related functions of our organisation, such as Payroll, Costing, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insightful analysis on key financial metrics, trends, and opportunities.
Reporting and Presentation
- Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of executive-level presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance.
- Collaborate on special projects, providing financial expertise and analysis.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
