Key Responsibilities
1. Basic work ethic :
Encourages reginal subsidiary’s members to comply with company’s ethical management transparently according to principle and standards with competition fairly
2. Detailed performance tasks :
Makes annual plans, fulfills internal audit and reports the result to top management and relevant department; making short term, midterm and long term audit plan with regard to each subsidiary; preparing detailed audit schedule with data; implementing audit process; discussing findings with auditees; recommending new policies and procedures; reporting final audit result, taking the corrective action plan from subsidiary; following up the completion
3. Minimize company risk and protect assets :
Defines vulnerable or gray business area of each subsidiary to minimize business risk and protect company’s assets.
4. Utilization and analysis of IT systems :
Explores and analyzes data proactively from internal IT system for each subsidiary in order to prevent entering wrong data such as delay, omission, double or wrong evidence entry
5. Audit knowledge and insight :
Supports Headquarters’ audit team conducting regular subsidiary audit and offers the guidelines and knowledgeable answers with regard to subsidiary’s queries in a timely manner
6. Ability to manage organizational operations and coach department members :
Manages and coaches subsidiary’s audit team with regard to audit skill, data mining, data analysis, issue finding and solution recommendation, especially focusing on preventing recurring issues in each subsidiary
Requirements
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
2. Experience:
• Minimum 20 years of experience in corporate audit and management and financial management tasks
• At least 10 years of working for a large company
• At least 5 years of working in the overseas subsidiary of a large company
3. Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to work independently and effectively with various people and good communication skills
• Strong planning and audit skills
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• A fast learner and a team player
• No issue on traveling to Asia countries
