· Preparing financial data for entry into the accounting system
· Responsible for closing reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
· Analyse financial data for management review and internal control purposes.
· Liaise with solicitors, company secretary
· Handle and ensure timely closing of full set of accounts, reconciliation & accounting schedules
· Liaise with bankers for loan drawdown and loan rollover matters;
· Ensure day-to-day transactional accounting, cashflow management, and financial reporting are executed in a timely and accurate manner
· Support the operational day-to-day activities
· Compile data, Bookkeeping, Sort, and tally construction purchase order/ work order
· Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents, and handle document storage for operational, Finance, and HR departments.
· Assist in month-end closing, such as sales, order bank, GST quarterly reporting, and expense analysis
· Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager
· Collection and checking invoices and supporting documents.
· Managing all project-related documentation. Able to perform administrative duties (e.g. filing, creating, duplicating, etc). Collating and maintaining the database
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to do multitask
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· **Must have ZOHO accounting software knowledge
