MAIN DUTIES:

To audit all daily income that has been received by the hotel and to ensure that all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the General Ledger accounting system.

Administration

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a terminal degree in their field of study. Candidates should also have at least 10 years of industry experience as well as an excellent practice-track record. As this position is specifically for teaching and applied research needs of the Accounting division, candidates should have strong and relevant industry and academic experience. This experience should be demonstrated through teaching feedback from tertiary institutions, publicly available outputs (e.g., teaching blogs, webinars), by giving teaching demonstrations or similar evidence of teaching effectiveness.
