The detailed job description for Accounting & Admin Assistant is as follows :
・Basic day-to-day accounting duties, including handling account receivable and payable / monthly statement / petty cash and expanse claims, and other documentation works
・Performing receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls and taking messages
・Administrative support in the office
・Other ad-hoc administrative duties
The candidate is required to have following skills and experience.
・At least 1 year of working experience managing company’s day-to-day accounting.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
・Able to plan own tasks and work independently.
・Good interpersonal skills & friendly disposition.
・Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multi-task.
Transportation Expense / SGD 3.5 lunch allowance per business day
Location: West coast
Work schedule: 5 days for a week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm) *Work schedule can be discussed flexibly.
