As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will drive the growth of existing customer accounts.
This engaging role will see you proactively managing each account, acting as clients’ first point of contact and focusing on the relationship management aspects of the role. You’ll proactively seek growth opportunities and pursue potential prospects, moving sales through the pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, scheduling appointments and ensuring they are fully equipped for face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. This will include preparing presentations for meetings and pitches, providing admin support and reporting back on meeting outcomes.
Additionally, you will:
- Prepare account forecasts
- Create account plans
- Promptly follow up on orders with existing and potential customers
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Oversee the delivery of growth and retention projects and strategy
About You
To be considered as an Internal Account Manager, you will need:
- Sales experience including telephone sales and closing expertise
- Experience of building relationships and rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience of using CRM systems
