Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $82,500 inclusive of superannuation
Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

ROLE OUTLINE
• Work closely with the Account Manager to support across day-to-day campaign advertising operations responsibilities.
• Undertake the setup of campaigns within the ad management platforms.
• Produce campaign reports across your accounts. Overtime, you can increase these responsibilities to include deep-diving into the data to find useful trends, analyse results and identify key insights.
• Assess daily campaign reporting to identify and flag any performance trends across accounts.
• Work closely with the FAST team to better understand report templates, data sources and reporting metrics. Provide feedback to team regarding reporting standard, templates and processes.
• Manage your workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, we are obliging with our service level agreements and executing tasks with 100% accuracy.
• Provide campaign statistics to the Account Manager and Department Head, for monthly client presentations and reviews.
• Supportive tasks to the management team, with opportunities to meet people across the broader business and contribute to making Mindshare a great place to work.
• Build yourself to be an expert in our technologies by undertaking all specialist accreditation, as well as developing a sound understanding of ad serving technologies, tracking set up, conversion tracking and technical troubleshooting across platform.
• Build a great working relationship with your team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimisation and reporting processes.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with your Mindshare peers, agencies, clients and platform partners, advocating and effectively communicating your specialist solutions and services.
• Cultivate a positive team culture of fun, productivity, knowledge sharing and growth.
• Epitomise the Mindshare vision and values, and sets a positive example for your peers.
What you’ll bring:
• An understanding of digital media and the technology landscape is desirable.
• Exposure to performance marketing, reporting, data analysis or advertising technologies would be highly desirable.
• Good grasp of Office software, with particular emphasis on Excel.
• A high attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• To be a team player, with a can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate with your peers.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, statistics, science, marketing or communications related discipline.
• Ideally 6-12 months experience working in a media business.
