• Develops, coordinates and leverages internal and external relationships between the client and GSA to achieve agencies’ business objectives. • Responds to customer inquiries and assists in the resolution of transactional and/or systemic customer issues/problems (service delivery, project delivery GSA business practices, etc). Maintains control/ credibility/ visibility/leadership on issues.
• Proactively builds positive relationships across the Region business lines, with National Office, and in the client agency to develop a network to support customer service issue resolution, leveraging these relationships to participate in resolving difficult and/or longstanding issues as well as generate and execute account planning activities.
