Job Scope:
Reporting to the Director of Corporate IT Technology in Asia Pacific, this role is for Corporate IT End User Technology – Productivity and Enterprise Communication team. The candidate will be based in Singapore and will be supporting customer experience solution with latest technologies covering Digital Signage, Meeting Room Solutions, Video Conferencing, Streaming, Live Event Support. The candidate will also be responsible to collaborate with Facilities teams for supporting. Additionally, the candidate will also need to be available to support the regional leadership team during important conferences.
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Perform 2nd level support for Meeting Room solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Digital Signage, Cisco VCS Systems including, but not limited to, supporting solutions involving other technologies.
• Provide technical consultancy to end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe.
• Communicate and liaise with departments; notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations including, but not limited to, outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints.
• Thinking outside the box and develop creative solutions.
• Familiarity on Network topologies, protocols, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Teams and Unified Communications.
• The ability to communicate effectively while working with internal and external customers.
• Ability to Multi-task and work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.
• An enthusiastic positive attitude towards working in a team environment.
• Interface with customers to gather appropriate details.
• Assist internal customers in a professional and service driven manner.
• Assist other members of team to complete assignments to meet goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years' work experience in Voice and Video and AV technologies, which can be a combination of experience in the telecommunications / network and equivalent professionally qualified education and experience such as Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technology field. Microsoft and / or Cisco certifications are desirable.
• Strong understanding of live Virtual event workflow
• Strong process orientation and proven planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills.
• Good level of competence in the following: Microsoft Teams & Event hosting, Cisco video endpoints. AV technologies and Web streaming solutions (such as Vbrick) experience are preferred.
• Familiar with MS Teams configurations.
