Your new role working as an Account Executive will play a pivotal role in strategic client management. Working as part of an established North London Brokers you will work as part a well-established division, where you will play a key role in managing and growing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within the property and commercial insurance markets.In this role working as an Account Executive, you will take charge of Client Relationship Management by overseeing client relationships, dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will inherit an existing book of business, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' needs. You will also foster strong relationships with both clients and Underwriters as well as engage in Business Development by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within the general commercial insurance sector. Your new job working as a Senior Account Executive/ Technician will be working for a growing Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. Due to continued successful growth within their financial lines team, they are looking to recruit a Senior Account Executive/ Technician to join their team where you will be handling E&O risks.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Senior E&O Account Executive/ Technician will be handling Financial Lines risks - ideally with a focus on Open Market E&O and related risks where you will be providing Technical and account management support to the Placing Brokers in the Financial lines teams. You will be liaising with account handlers and technicians in the production of new insurance programs and renewal programs. You will be responsible for preparing MRC slips and endorsements, checking Evidence of Cover documents and debit notes prior to sending to the client and supporting the brokers on the end to end management of the complex E&O accounts. Other duties will include proactively contributing and participating in corporate meetings, both at a technical level and up to board level. Ensured his technical teams enhance service, deliver efficiencies & minimise re-work.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within the London Market as an Account Executive/Technician or handling Financial Lines - particularly E&O or D&O risk will contribute to the success in you securing this role. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the E&O Insurance space and understand end to end client management from Slips to payment. You will have the ability and sound knowledge to prepare London market MRC slips and endorsements. You will be able to work in a hybrid and organised fashion, some previous experience of brokasure system would be beneficial but not essential and a working knowledge of PPL process would be beneficial. You will have proven experience in both account management and technical processes and must come from a Lloyd's Insurance background. Insurance qualifications are preferred but not essential.

- Phát triển mối quan hệ với các đối tác cung cấp các kênh quảng cáo online và offline.  

- Cập nhật, xác định lại thông tin thị trường, trends, đối thủ để đưa ra chiến lược phù hợp vs các đối tác truyền thông.  

- Mô tả tóm tắt dự án để báo cáo cho cấp trên theo từng ngày/ từng tháng.  

- Phát triển tiêu chí để đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ cũng như chương trình tri ân cho các đối tác của Galaxy Play.  

- Chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch, thực hiện và theo dõi hằng ngày tất cả các chiến dịch quảng cáo hiển thị để thu hút khách hàng đang dùng trial trở thành khách hàng thành viên thân thiết có trả phí.  

• 1 năm trở lên ở các sàn giao dịch thương mại điện tử/ ứng dụng fintech/ ứng dụng beamin, go jek, ... 

• Am hiểu và sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ đo lường về google analytics, và các dạng dashboard dữ liệu.

The company offer unbiased access to the market and place cover with an established insurer network. They are a national business operating out of regional offices across the UK, acting internationally with global specialists. They offer innovative and intelligent risk advice and insurance programmed designed to confidently provide clients with a service to protect their risks. Due to growth within one of their niche divisions, a role has arisen for a Commercial Account Executive role to work as part of an established team.

Your new role
Your new role working as an Account Executive means you will promote and support the team internally and externally to clients, dealing with them from inception to completion with full client contact to include face to face meetings. You will also support the team on a portfolio of accounts dealing with new and renewal business, liaising extensively with the Insurance market. Preparing accurate preparation of presentations, claims files and report writing to both the market and clients and develop the teams account from existing client contacts and new introductions. Other duties will include building relationships with both clients and Underwriters by supporting the team with daily handling of accounts, visiting the clients, obtaining sufficient information before giving advice and ensuring all advice given meets clients' requirements and reflects a fair analysis of the market with all suitable products considered. You will also mentor one of the current members of staff and assist other teams with any admin when required. Other duties will also include checking policy documents, ensuring accurate preparation of client registers and maintain good credit control within the team portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an Account Executive with Commercial or Non Marine business handling Casualty, Property, PI, D&O, Med Mal etc will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will need be able to visit clients independently and handle accounts from inception to completion. A minimum of a Cert CII qualification is preferred. Also, you will have confident and effective telephone and PC skills including Microsoft Office, have the ability to develop and sustain relationships with both clients and colleagues and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
