Major duties include but not limited to:
- Assigns appropriate numerical and symbolic codes to obligate and to record data from documents into the general ledger accounts, obligation accounts, control points, cost centers and subaccounts.
- Performs a monthly review of the undelivered orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, federal advance, suspense accounts.
- Responsible for posting each day's non-MCCF checks and electronic payments received.
- Ensures invoices are received and receiving reports processed.
- Works with Agent Cashier to update the cash account.
- Processes all deposits.
- Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
