In this role, you’re expected to:

The Fund Accounting Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.

• Monitor the work activities to ensure timeliness/accuracy of the funds activities in a department, including calculation of NAV and distribution factors
• Assist in reviewing stock and cash reconciliations as a Checker to ensure the exceptions noted have no NAV impact and items cleared are treated correctly
• Ensure corporate actions are correctly reflected on the NAV
• Assist in handling complex issues
• Facilitate prompt investigation and resolution of any client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure client Service Level Agreement (SLA) and deadlines are met
• Assist in the collection and analysis of relevant management information from an operational and client perspective
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Fund Accounting Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees, leading a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Net Asset Valuations (NAVs).

Responsibilities:

• Oversight NAV deliverable from offshore locations. Tracking offshore location KPI and responsible in governance control.
• Responsible for serving as primary contact person for clients and internal staff for advice, enquiries, complaints and any other service issues
• Deliver excellent service against agreed service standards and in line with client satisfaction criteria
• As an internal voice of client, work together with AMs, Operations, Technology, and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues timely with no/minimal escalation and identify opportunities to improve overall service for the clients
• Foster long lasting relationships and rapport with premier clients at the transactional / operational level.
• Works with the AM team to manage existing/strategic clients to maximize client satisfaction and long term contribution to the bottom line Champion client
• Incident management by ensuring timely rectification and escalation where required. Ensure root cause analysis is completed and preventative measures are implemented effectively
• Service level reviews conducted in a planned manner with appropriate engagement from internal stakeholders (i.e. key AM and/or SSO participation if needed)
• Identify opportunities for service improvement based on useful metrics and demonstrate results.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in fund accounting or related field

This role directs the timely delivery of high quality, value added assurance and audit reports for a portfolio of business activities, which meet the requirements of the Boards of Citigroup and Citibank, their affiliates, and of Citi’s respective regulators, globally.

In this role, the candidate will serve in the Market Risk Asia Pacific (APAC) audit team. This team provides a comprehensive program of audit coverage for APAC market risk management activities across all lines of business. The individual will be responsible for executing audits as both a project manager and as a team member, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes a robust Audit Plan, by reviewable entity, for assigned businesses in accordance with Internal Audit standards, relevant government statutes and regulations and Citigroup and Citibank policies.
• Perform/lead audits in accordance with corporate methodologies and professional standards, including drafting of audit reports, presenting issues to the business and discussing practical solutions. • Assist in developing the audit universe for APAC market risk management, ensuring insightful and current risk assessment on an ongoing basis through business monitoring.
• Ensure that potential issues are raised promptly and collaboratively to IA and business management with a view to identifying the most viable, pragmatic and sustainable conclusion to mitigate the risk.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key senior market risk and APAC risk governance managers and staff as well as local business and supporting contacts.

Qualifications and Competencies

This role directs the timely delivery of complex high quality, value-added assurance and audit reports for both first and second Lines of Defense to meet the requirements of the Boards of Citigroup and Citibank, their affiliates and of Citi’s respective regulators, globally. This role will contribute to the scoping and execution of global Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) programs coverage in accordance with established IA methodology and professional auditing standards, legal entity governance reporting, and other audit issue validation.

The candidate should also have functional knowledge of local regulatory requirements for Sanctions and Bribery & Corruption controls that have been established to comply with the United States and other in-country regulatory requirements, Citi policies and procedures, provisions and guidelines established by the United States Treasury Department and other regulatory agencies as related to sanctions and bribery & corruption. The candidate must have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements (international and/or regional) and the related risks and controls and demonstrate the ability to work with senior management and lead audit team execution.

In this role, you’re expected to:
