About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Design Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, planning, and working on technical projects. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth and safe delivery of projects, and provide technical services related to construction plans. If you’re skilled in AutoCAD, enjoy problem-solving, and love working on construction or engineering projects, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine product specifications, and complete formwork drawings to meet production deadlines.

• Attend meetings with clients and consultants to discuss and resolve drawing-related issues.

• Work with clients and sub-contractors to ensure project delivery meets both company and client satisfaction.

• Provide technical services, including construction and reinforcement plans, before the project starts.

• Collaborate with the design team to resolve detailed design questions.

• Organize and archive design-related documents and complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

• Manage project-related tasks efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in AutoCAD or related drafting skills.

• Knowledge of 3D drawing and experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or Formwork is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with good communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).

• At least 2 years of work experience is preferred, but exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Brief

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team on a shift basis to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You have to demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. You will work in a shift rotation model to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency and support, keeping our systems running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

Job Descriptions:

1.0 Project Execution & Support

Assist the Project Manager in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing including DLP of electrical, civil, and mechanical projects, as well as breakdown and operation and maintenance of facilities, such as site supervision, resource allocation, and work schedule management.
Attending site meeting, liaise & coordinate all project issues with Customer, Owner’s, Engineer, Consultant, Authorities & etc.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding project progress, potential risks, and task completion.

2.0 Transmission and Distribution Works

Supervise installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including:

- Low Voltage (LV) to High Voltage (HV) installations (up to 132kV).

- Overhead and underground cable works.

- Installation of compact substations and spun poles.

3.0 Civil Works Coordination

Collaborate with civil engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems into the overall project structure.

4.0 Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure that all work adheres to SOP, safety protocols, quality standards, specification and regulatory requirements.

5.0 Budget Management

Assist in preparing detailed project budgets, including costs for labor, materials, and equipment.

6.0 Testing & Commissioning

Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems such as switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.

7.0 Building & Facility Maintenance

Participate in all routine maintenance activities for electrical, civil and mechanical in facilities managed by the company.

8.0 Team Leadership & Communication

Work closely with the project team such as site engineers/supervisors/leaders and subcontractors & various departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, finance, quality assurance) to ensure project deliverables are met.
