Service Engineer Requirements

1. Job Description:
   1. Drafting of boiler machine, ducting and piping layout plan.
   2. Calculation of project materials
   3. Commissioning and servicing of boiler & thermal oil heater.
   4. Conducting JKKP inspection, attend to JKKP officer
   5. Engineering project supervision and quality inspection

1. Academic qualification and skill sets:
   1. Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Energy Related Engineering
   2. Computer & other skills:
      1. AUTOCAD
      2. MS Office, VISIO, ACCESS will be added advantages
   3. Added advantages for below skills:
      1. Qualified Boilerman
      2. Confined space training
      3. Job Safety Analysis
      4. Other Safety courses
   4. Good planning/organizing and inter-personal skills
   5. Service report, operation manual writing skills

1. Competency experiences:
   1. 1-2years working experience on engineering servicing industries
   2. 1-2years working experiences in factory but keen on engineering services
   3. Leader/ supervisor of service team
   4. Added advantages for experience on:
      1. Working with /servicing for pressure vessels or boiler
      2. JKKP requirements, inspection procedure
      3. DOE requirements

1. Personal characteristics:
   1. Strong interest on:-
      1. Learning new knowledge / skills
      2. Problem solving
   2. Able to work under pressure
   3. Strong deadline mindset, customer first thinking.
   4. High cost consciousness

1. Other requirements:
   1. Willing to work on holidays, and emergency on call basis(occasional)
   2. Regular travelling
