- 商場內各種系統設備的維護，包括空調、管線、電氣、消防系統和閉路電視。
- 定期檢查建築物和設備，以確保符合安全標準。
- 實施預防性維護程序，以防止故障並延長設備使用壽命。
- 根據需要執行焊接、打磨和安裝等一般維護任務。
- 監控電力、水消耗和照明條件，以提高效率和安全性。
- 透過定期保養和維修確保設施得到良好維護。
充電員職責：
- 檢查備用發電機組 - 電瓶水位、電瓶連接端子、柴油、功能開/關和清潔度
- 準備主開關板（MSB）和副開關板（SSB）的負載清單和每月預防檢查表
- 規劃和協調所有安裝（電信、冷卻電力和翻新）
- 管理設備和用品的維護以滿足健康和安全標準
- 檢查建築結構是否進行維修或翻新
- 領導和監督設施團隊
- 確保承包商有效率、有效率地進行工作
要求：
- 擁有充電員證書 A1 - A4。
- 熟悉一般電氣/機械工程工作。
