Responsibilities

• Client & Contractor Relations - To communicate with both parties for the entire duration of the project.
• Proposal Preparation - To produce mood board with Canva, preliminary layout with AutoCad, and detailed budgetary with Excel for potential leads.
• Design Conceptualization - To understand client's requirements and produce design concept with solutions to their problems.
• Drawings Creation - To prepare 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings / or liaise with support team to prepare the drawings.

Job Description

• Preparing quotations , VO and cost breakdown.
• Obtains, materials sourcing, and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors follow by procurement requisition.
• To verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, and supplier.
• Prepare pre and post project , progress claims, tender documentations and final accounts.
• Prepares quantity taking-off measuring.
• Ensure every progress claim, certifications are issued on timely basis.
• Attend meeting , coordinate with the client and consultants on related works

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS. 1 to 4 years experience. 
• Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project

Job Descriptions

• Project Management & Site Supervision of assigned Construction Projects.
• Co-ordination works on implemented construction in accordance to the Contract Documents, Construction Drawings, Specifications and Site Instructions.
• Monitor Daily Site activities & reports to the Project Manager / Director.
• Reports / Update manpower attendance, materials, quantity and machineries / equipment records at Site on a daily basis.
• Supervise the Daily operations at Site and ensure that the contractors execute the works in compliance.
• Resolve any occurring setback at site.
• Maintain good interaction with Clients, Contractors, Consultants, Authorities and all other relevant parties.
• Attend all Site meetings and minutes the meeting agenda.
• Verification of contractors’ progress claim.
