• Leads and integrates the respective Gateway chemical propulsion team activities including partner oversight, product review, independent technical assessments, and other products required to assure success of the Program.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Prevention Operations Program Manager (PM) facilitating and integrating resilience and primary prevention of Interpersonal and Self-Directed Violence (ISDV) across all levels of the Department of the Air Force (DAF). Conveys policy and operational guidance to MAJCOM/FLDCOMs and the installation prevention workforce as a key subject matter expert. Encourages the development of coordinated prevention and resilience efforts ensuring all prevention partners, leadership, and the community understand risk and protective factors associated with self-directed harm and abusive or harmful acts from a public health perspective. Serves as liaison between and among HAF/A1Z, USSF/S1E and MAJCOM/FLDCOM A1Z to assist with operationalizing and tailoring resilience and prevention programs to meet mission and resource needs across the DAF. The Prevention Operations PM collaborates with MAJCOM/FLDCOM partners to integrate primary prevention efforts in areas such as sexual assault, sexual harassment, family violence (incl. intimate partner violence and child abuse and neglect), workplace violence (incl. harassment, bullying, and hazing), suicide, and alcohol abuse/misuse prevention.

DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs DAF-wide Prevention program operations and activities, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements as well as the needs of MAJCOM/FLDCOMs, installations and communities are met.
DUTY 2: Provides vision, direction, and operational perspective on all major DAF prevention policy issues, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives.

The Contracts and Program Management Specialist position is located in the Workload Shaping Branch within the Strategic Agility Division. This branch serves as the focal point for workload assignments, depot activation, and capability sourcing, as well as identifying core and group assignment, portfolio analysis, and direct interface with the Program Management Offices. Duties of this position are:
