What is this role?

The Systems Engineer will provide technical support and services related to installation, troubleshooting and integration of Jamf products and support technologies including products from Apple, Cambrionix, Goodnotes and more.

Your efforts will lead directly to the sales of our products and services, development of pipeline growth and sales across both new logos and current customers.

What you can expect to do?

• Design and implement solutions for managing and securing Apple devices for effective and secured deployment
• Conduct onboarding, implementation, training sessions for customers
• Utilise available resources to resolve support issues independently and as part of a team

The Role
