OYO to date has raised more than US$225 million from investors like Sequoia Capital, SoftBank Group, Greenoaks Capital, and Lightspeed. Our client basically are private developers and direct owners, while our services cover:

1. Architectural & Structural design as proposal stage to client
2. Submission to local authorities
3. Civil & Structural construction works (inclusive of Reinforced Concrete & Steel Structural works)
4. Architectural & finishing works
5. Interior works (Upon request by client)
6. Mechanical & Electrical works (Upon request by client)
