Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to manage the security infrastructure at Tune Protect. This includes working with the SOC and infrastructure team to analyse and remediate security tickets, EDR operations (for example scanning and ensuring endpoints are clean of vulnerabilities), Email Security on MS365, DLP (for example blacklisting/whitelisting websites etc) and PAM (for example work with infrastructure team to ensure all critical user ids are covered).
• Be hands on and able to utilise/configure our existing security software such as Trend Micro EDR, Forcepoint DLP, Tycothic PAM, Microsoft 365 email security. • Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for various purposes, for sales and appointment scheduling.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required. 
• Process customers’ application in a timely manner
• Meet daily or weekly call volume and targets set by the company.
• Record all call information.
• Provide proper advice to caller by explaining procedures & providing information as enquired by customers
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks
• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma / Cert / SPM holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.

Previous experience in a customer support role Outbound

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Job Brief:

Assist divisions to complete all promotional design jobs and incoming design jobs from other department. Create design to deliver company promotional communication according to brand guideline. Be disciplined and responsible on incoming jobs. Arrange own timeline to complete it before the set deadline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare artwork to be accomplished after received Creative Brief request.
• Complete all promotion design materials, Web and Mobile App design, Social Media designs.
• Completes projects by coordinating with other team mates and project owner.
• Prepares Finished Artwork for output.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Able to work overtime when required or in tight deadlines.
• Stay update with latest design trend and competitor's promotional design

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Advanced Diploma in Art/Design Creative multimedia or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Able to meet tight datelines.
