This newly created senior leadership position will establish and drive priorities across Operations and Infrastructure, steering the strategic vision and overseeing the implementation of digital and property infrastructure and services.
Reporting to the Chief Information & Infrastructure Officer, the role provides strategic advice to the executive that impacts core university business in terms of the future and effectiveness of the university. This role is focused on enhancing the customer experience through a customer-centric approach by integrating physical and digital infrastructure, projects, and services to deliver seamless, impactful solutions tailored to customer needs.
