The Role:

The role of the Treasury Director within the Consulting Services organization is to design, describe and manage the Treasury professional services team.

In addition, the role is to ensure that our projects are clearly and sufficiently scoped and designed before we commence build, thereby eliminating from the delivery phase questions over if or how we can configure Quantum to meet with the client requirements.

This in turn should help facilitate smoother projects by reducing unexpected changes to budgets and timelines.

Executing market strategy and objective

• Working with the leadership team to develop a market execution plan
• Aligning Service Line and account-based initiatives with Market Segment Leaders (MSLs) and Global 360 (G360) Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Systems Engineers
• Review RAMS related contract requirements and prepare suitable strategy and approach to achieve those requirements
• Prepare RAMS Assurance Reports
• Provide RAMS including Accessibility advise, guidance and/or assurance to Designers or Project Stakeholders
• Facilitate FMECA workshops with project stakeholders
• Conduct RAMS modelling during design development
• Actively participate in achieving engineering and project milestones within the project schedule
• Undertake RAMS related Verification and Validation activities
• Contributing to design reviews, workshops, integration, test and site installation activities
• Actively participate in Type Approval as required
• Develop RAMS Management Plans
• Ensuring that RAMS related activities follow the appropriate methodologies defined in project RAMS Management Plans
• Working as part of a project or bid team for delivering mission-critical capability
• Liaising with customers, end-users, subcontractors and suppliers

• Minimum 15 to 25 yrs of experience in call center for India and US delivery centers
• Experience required in US based client’s delivery
• Experience in managing the span 500 to 750
• Experience in Payments & Customer Service – Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Loyalty, Tokenization, Bill Pay
• Experience in Leading MBRs/QBRs with clients – CSLs exp
• Should have been part of Transformation projects and has delivered projects which reduced AHT, HC or Volume
• Good Understanding of Operations, Training, QC and WFM metrics/benchmarks
• Experience in Leveraged pool delivery – preferred not must have
