What you’ll do:

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. This role ensures that financial data, reporting structures, and compliance requirements are aligned with the organization’s objectives. • Forecast & Analysis: Financial analysis for acquired business (Forecasts, budgets, models analysis), and integrate into Jabil’s budgeting forecasting process

Process Standardization and Optimization:

• Identify and standardize financial processes to ensure consistency with Jabil’s processes/policies post-integration.

• Work with site finance teams to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting procedures.

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

• US GAAP, SOX and Jabil policies compliance

• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to reflect new systems and organizational structures.

Post-Integration Support:

• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.

Minimum 20 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 10 years of experience in managing construction teams for major civil projects of similar scale and complexity as below.

1. MRT project with D-wall and Top-down underground station in Singapore or overseas

2. Experience in Singapore’s civil project with a minimum contract value of $950 million

3. Minimum 3 years continuative experience in major civil project

4. Experience in planning, managing and overseeing LTA’s civil projects

5. Experience in planning and managing massive traffic & utility diversions in urban area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Halal Team Leader, responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s Halal certification status. This position is part time base, and able to work 2-3 days a week. Factory is located in Tampines area (nearest MRT : DTL Tampines West)

• Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining Halal certification for the company’s products.

• Ensure all MUIS requirements are met and documented. Communicate with MUIS for any inquires.

• Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with Halal standards. Address any non-compliance issues and recommended corrective actions.

• Conduct training sessions for staffs to raise awareness and understanding of Halal principles and practices. Ensure all staffs are knowledgeable about their roles in maintaining Halal compliance.

• Ensure all suppliers and vendors of Halal-compliant raw materials and ingredients maintain their Halal certification status.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to Halal compliance, including list of approved Halal-certified suppliers and ingredient list.

• Communicate with production / operation teams to ensure a unified approach to Halal compliance across the organization.

• Implement changes of Halal process and procedures. Ensure that all products and processes align with the principles of Halal certification.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the well being of the equipment section in terms of morale, KPIs and long term success.
Set expectations for employees on understanding and compliance to MRB, TECN, 8D, specification requirements.
Regular assessment on risk management with action items identified.
Set expectations on effective use of SPC, FMEA, and other Quality Management System to detect issues timely and with improvement action items identified.
Continuous improvement program in place to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions
Project monitoring system in place to keep track of project status and progress vs fab performance requirements.
Set targets, goals and projects for the section to minimize wafer scrap, defect, rework, and improve process capability to meet operational needs.
Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs.
Work closely with Process and Manufacturing Section Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE. Optimize metrology sampling to meet quality standard and Manufacturing requirements.
Establish / monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Develop a good working relationship with vendors.
To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHS management system. Ensure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipment, and materials.
Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Ensure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system.
Set performance expectations for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
Ensure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks.
Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in the Knowledge database for sharing and training for future Engineers / AssociateEngineers.

8 years of relevant working experience in Diffusion Furnace Equipment - Semiconductor Industry
5 years of proven track record in a leadership role with strong leadership capabilities

Role Purpose

To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within the framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures for the company

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve category sales, gross profit, income goals and objectives of assigned categories through monitoring trends within the market segments; developing strategies to grow the market share of assigned categories; and to plan strategies to counter competition.
