Position Summary:

The Income Tax Leader at NIQ leads our Income Tax team within Global Finance Operations. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end income tax compliance process, supporting the global US GAAP consolidated income tax provision process, and supporting the global transfer pricing documentation process. Statutory Accounting Manager at NIQ will join our Record to Report (R2R) team within Global Finance Operations organization. You will oversee the statutory accounting processes for our organization's operations in APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements of all the countries within the region, and to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting. This position is crucial in safeguarding the organization's adherence to regional financial regulations and standards. Reporting directly to R2R Leadership, this role manages a team of approximately 10-15 associates.

Key Responsibilities

· Statutory Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices and records comply with local statutory requirements. Stay updated with changes in local statutory requirements and accounting standards, ensuring compliance and driving process improvements.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate statutory financial statements and reports in accordance with local accounting standards.
