Purpose of Roles

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the NPD Strategy for EV, FCEV and HEV electrical control systems.
• Support the development of electric powertrain charging systems.
• Participate in the vehicle life cycle development through concept to engineering design, prototype build, certification, to Job 1
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team on the overall vehicle development
  Elicit external and internal stakeholder requirements for new product developments.
• Selection of electrical components and systems into new and existing vehicle designs ensuring products used meet required standards.
• Design and specification of electrical hardware components for the integration of vehicle subsystems, e.g. fuseboards, switchboxes.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage the progress to meet timing, specification, and engineering requirements
• Undertake the technical assessment and analysis of components and systems and develop optimal solutions to meet overall vehicle requirements.
• Design, and develop CAN communications systems and architecture.
• Design of low and high voltage control for bus body and chassis electrical systems,including wiring harnesses and electrical panels.
• Document, validate and provide FMEA for design reviews and NPD gateways.
• Creation of technical documentation with respect to the vehicle electrical system and installation eg. Wiring schematics, system schedules, harness drawings, electrical engineering standards and procedures.
• Provide and co-ordinate vehicle test plans and commissioning, testing and data logging of vehicle control systems.
• Provide Technical assistance to production, support engineers and the customer.
• Continued development of electrical system to improve ease of installation and to reduce the cost of manufacture.

various taxation matters relating to assessments and appeals

• Handle statutory, tax and internal audits as per the audit schedule. Manage all

audit queries and making course correction where required. Assist group

companies with their audits as well

• Manage closing of accounts as per the schedule

• Manage regulatory and other compliances and ensuring that all statutes and

laws and adhered to without exception

• Prepare and review the monthly report to be presented to the management

• Compare budget on a monthly basis with the actual expenses and analyse the

reasons for the variance, if any.

• Management and reporting of working capital and funds status on a periodic

basis

• Prepare and review financial statements prepared on periodic basis

• Manage payroll for all employees and some group companies (if required)

• Managing all insurance related matters as well as subsidiary companies

• Hire, train and manage a team of skilled F&A executives

• Assist the Manager in all other matters and activities related to finance and

accounting, as required from time to time

Job Descriptions:

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy in supplier accounts and invoice amounts.
• Provide timely and accurate information on the status of supplier accounts and transactions for business decision-making.
• Prepare payment proposals and execute the payment process according to SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members to support project completion and task fulfillment.
• Assist in resolving problems and inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of key supplier accounts.
• Coordinate with requisitioners and vendors to clarify any invoice discrepancies.
• Submit invoices to appropriate approvers for non-purchase order related invoices.
• Escalate any issues or disputes as necessary.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Generate and review vendor payment proposal lists.
• Handle various payment requests such as down payments and cash-on-delivery (COD).
• Investigate and resolve payment rejections and remittance issues.
• Process employee expense claims.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
