About the job

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Groups marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar. You will work within a fun, creative and passionate marketing team to improve the brand presence, particularly through our offline channels, in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This role is office based, predominately working 5 days per week Monday- Friday; with flexible hours in place. The salary for this role will be based on skills and experience; with a salary range of £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on the candidate.

The main responsibilities are:


Working with Suppliers to produce marketing elements in accordance with the marketing calendar

Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hours of work: 40 hours Monday-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Able to gain SC clearance
- Highly regulated industry experience
- Commercial experience
- Understanding of cost recording software and systems
- Experience of Cost Reimbursable Contracts
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Knowledge of CEMAR
Role information:

- Provide commercial aid with he delivery of contracted work
- Provide accurate and timely commercial reports
- Ensure the contract achieves the required commercial targets
- Monitor cost reports to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of cost and records
- Maximise the value derived from the incurred cost
- Manage risk and opportunities during contract delivery
- Provide expertise on risk and opportunities regarding tenders

Available Hours:

Various hour's available full time- 44 hours

Salary £13.65 per hour

About the role

As a Senior Care Assistant at MHA, you will lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. In addition, you will administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records. Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to use your leadership and people skills to make a real difference.

About you

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be passionate about caring for older people, have previous care experience and, as a minimum, hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
