We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Civil Construction Traineeship, specialising in Road Construction and Maintenance, located in the Rockhampton Region, QLD.
As a trainee, you will be hosted by a leading Civil Construction company that offers excellent mentoring, hands-on training, and a focus on teamwork and innovation. This role will involve working outdoors in potentially challenging conditions, including heat, dust, and night shifts on a rotating roster. Civil construction is a physically demanding industry, so it's important that applicants can meet these requirements. The position offers an excellent above-award pay rate with potential overtime and penalty rates.
