職位描述

1. 確保適當的文件流程，包括註冊、編號、歸檔、分發以及遵守專案要求和監管標準。
2. 監控文件審查、批准和分發流程，確保文件符合品質標準。
3. 根據專案時間表追蹤和監控所有文件可交付成果，並提醒利害關係人潛在的延誤。
4. 管理專案文檔，包括技術圖、工程文件和其他相關文書工作。
5. 記錄所有傳入和傳出的郵件，並確保文件按照公司的資料管理協議安全儲存。
6. 根據需要備份和歸檔文檔，確保需要時的可訪問性。
7. 與專案經理、工程師和其他利害關係人聯絡，根據需要提供文件支援。
8. 確保跨部門和外部利害關係人的專案效率、品質合規性和資訊完整性。
9. 處理文書任務、資料輸入並維護有組織的記錄。

技能要求

1. 熟練使用Microsoft Office和文件控制軟體。
2. 良好的組織背景和對細節的敏銳洞察力。
3. 熟悉與文件控制相關的行業標準（例如ISO

9001:2015) 是一個優點。

職位要求

1. 至少擁有辦公室管理、商業管理、資訊管理或相關領域的文憑。

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Ensure proper documentation flow, including registration, numbering, filing, distribution and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
2. Monitor document review, approval, and distribution processes to ensure documents meet quality standards.
3. Track and monitor all document deliverables as per project timelines and alert stakeholders to potential delays.
4. Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, engineering documents, and other related paperwork.
5. Record all incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that documentation is stored securely, following the company's data management protocols.
6. Backup and archive documents as required, ensuring accessibility when needed.
7. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide document support as needed.
8. Ensure project efficiency, quality compliance, and information integrity across departments and external stakeholders.
9. Handle clerical tasks, data entry, and maintain organized records.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control software.
2. Good organizational background and a keen eye for detail.
3. Familiar with industry standards related to document control (e.g., ISO

9001:2015) is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
